Founded in 1958 as a Masseria, built with tuff and stones extracted on the spot, the Affittacamere Madonna Delle Grazie is today a modern structure that remains tied to the tradition of territory. Within it, there are four rooms with original walls and two buildings obtained by the recent expansion of the structure. A small, four-people apartment is also available with kitchen and laundry. Outside his own room, the guest is immersed in a pleasant climate of relaxation with large furnished common areas, green lawn and views of the typical Murgia landscape. Madonna Delle Grazie is 3km close to the town of Laterza, 19km away from Matera, Città dei Sassi and at one hour by car from Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport.
